Target Enemy Power 7 Casting 2.0 seconds Recast 30.0 seconds Duration 5.5 seconds Range Up to 25.0 meters Level 2 Mastery Subjugation Effects Applies Bewilderment on termination. Inflicts (X) mental damage on target Requires not being affected by Mesmerize effects. Stuns target Epic targets gain an immunity to Stun effects of 16.5 seconds and duration is reduced to 1.8 seconds. Resistability increases against targets higher than level 22.
