Look for Mordain Glacierbane in Tower of Frozen Shadow: Shadowed Corridors
Mordain is on the 1st floor (Submerge) near the endmob of that floor. You need to kill Xalgoti before you can examine the body to update the quest, you had to have been present for the kill, and you have 1 hour after killing him to examine the body.
