Greetings comrade monks.

As you could know, there 2 Russian servers (PvE & PvP) will be launched at 6-7 September, so allow me to flow into your friendly monk’s community.
I’m huge fan of Tekken 5 (3-d fighting on PS2), so I’m going to make Kerra Monk, name King (thank gods it’s not forbidden in Russian transcription).
He is Mexican wrestler in jaguar mask, protecting orphans in Tekken, and fight more like bruiser, but his mentality is all about monk.
So, in game my primary role will be protecting fellow casters from pesky ganky-scouts.
And now enlighten me with few advices, guru of martial arts.

1) Is STR 4/4/8 and STA up to Mantis Leap lines well suited for PvP?( and also to catch runners and evacers)
2) Is 128kbps will be enough for massive x4 on x4 raid PvP battles, sieges and defenses? (I know, I know, but I strongly believe that it’ll be implemented in half year or so)
3) How do you think, is there a chance SOE fix resists issue on T7 levels in month or two?(My bud dr.Boskonovitch – psychotic industrial invalid Illusionist very afraid of this)
