I want to move from Neriak to Freeport. Your articals are not clear on how to just move from one evil city to another. It is clear on how to betray your alingment. I don't want to change from being evil to good. I just want to move to freeport. Can any one help.-- Mikhaill 14:30, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

According to the Timeline information for Becoming a Citizen of Freeport , as a citizen of Neriak, City of Hate , all you need to do is speak with Clerk Brutus in East Freeport to begin the series of quests that well award you citizenship (and your character level must be at least 10). The starting quest is called Mandatory Service . Have you started that series yet or are you having trouble getting the first quest? -- Kodia 14:39, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

at least on the TD dock there is a NPC (Freeport something) who offers you a quest to become a Freeport resident - so at least from TD to FP the quest either doesnt start in FP or there are 2 optional starters - maybe thats the same for Neriak? -- Xinturaia 12:32, 3 September 2008 (UTC)

There's most likely been some changes with some recent LUAs to ease the process of changing city. As of today you can switch directly from Neriak to Gorowyn. This start by talking to Ambassador V'Nox on Cristanos Plaza in Neriak (-496,24,206) to start the quest Moving to Gorowyn (just say you want to move to Gorowyn to have it offered). Then simply speak to Ambassador Zelzekla in Gorowyn in The Assembly of Gorowyn area, you're now a Gorowyn citizen.

Also, changing from New Halas to Qeynos is different. You have to talk to your ambassador there, in order to get the paperwork to change. You no longer get it in South Queynos. 66.189.37.204 04:08, September 26, 2010 (UTC)
