Parameters:

1. Skill needed to craft this (OPTIONAL)
2. Recipe book needed (OPTIONAL)

minskill if only the minimumskill of the recipe is known (Recipe books on census only show the minimum skill)

Similar to Template: CraftedItem , Intended for use with the obtain field in Template:ItemInformation or Template:EquipInformation .
