To get there you must have completed
Bloodline Chronicles
or be at least on the 5th quest of it.
Exploring the Crypt
or
Shattering the Crystals
depending on what side did you choose to work for. The entrance is within the normal version of
Tombs of Night
. On EQ2 Maps the zone in is erroneously shown higher. Destroy the destructable wall on level 2 to get to the proper zone in location on level 3. Area is called the Hand of the Crypt.
Editor note: I had to complete the 5th and 6th quest of the Bloodline Chronicals series before having the option to enter the basic zone.
