The Sanctum shares the same layout as the third floor of the Emerald Halls . Within the zone, you will find a great many non-attackable creatures which represent Tunare and Faydwer in general: wisps of growth, seedling drakes and seedling steeds (unicorns).
There are, however, a few wild bears which roam the Sanctum's grounds, but they are well past where you will speak with Kurista or Eva Corunno'thes .
