§01 imgup.net is a free service to upload images.
§02 By uploading an image the user confirms that it is free of rights of third parties and gives his consent to store and publish the image at imgup.net.
§03 It is prohibited to upload images or other content promoting aggression or violence, showing criminal acts of inhumane brutality, glorifying or downplaying violence, discrimination in all its forms, or human dignity disobeying sexuality. Uploading pornographic content is forbidden.
§04 There are periodic and aperiodic image deletions.
§05 imgup.net undertakes random inspections of uploaded images.
§06 imgup.net reserves the right to delete images without any reason and block further uploads of these images.
§07 imgup.net reserves the right to deny particular users access to the service.
§08 There is no claim to usage and no warranty of availability.
§09 These terms of service may be changed in future without prior notification. Users are obligated to check this page at regular intervals as well as before image uploads.
§10 The place of jurisdiction is Vienna. The law of the Republic of Austria applies.
§11 If a provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this Agreement or the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision of this Agreement. In case of an illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision, the parties are obligated to replace it with a provision, which matches or most closely reflects the intent and purpose of the original provision.
