The season is upon us once more: Frostfell is back until 7am on January 8th, so grab your daily gift from Santa Glug and spread some Frostfell cheer! Best wishes from all of us here at EQ2i this holiday season and for the start of the new year.

It's another sad day for EQ2 and SOE, as the latter has announced layoffs in both it's San Diego and Austin offices yesterday afternoon. It seems that it's mainly SOE's older titles, including EQ2, that are taking the hit. Support positions also seem to be hit, with the lightly used international official subforums for EQ2 closing down.
EQ2i extends our heartfelt gratitude for past service and best wishes for the future to all those laid off today.
