What does this information mean?
The Scourge continue to expand throughout the wastes with no sign of slowing down, but if I kill some of their highest ranking leaders it may hinder their advance. I'll need to gather parts to throw into a cauldron somewhere within the keep to lure out Rinis or her old master - now in lich form - Yallessulich. That should eventually lead me to Sanctifier Yegigoth.
