This spell cannot be interrupted. Target Enemy Power 72 Casting 1.5 seconds Recast 6.0 seconds Duration 25.0 seconds Range Up to 25.0 meters Level 24 Mastery Subjugation Effects Mesmerizes target Prevents AOE (except when direct) Dispelled when target takes damage Epic targets gain an immunity to Mesmerize effects of 1 minute 15 seconds and duration is reduced to 8.3 seconds. Resistability increases against targets higher than level 53.
