This spell cannot be interrupted. Target Enemy Power 108 Casting 1.5 seconds Recast 6.0 seconds Duration 30.0 seconds Range Up to 25.0 meters Level 38 Mastery Subjugation Effects Mesmerizes target Prevents AOE (except when direct) Dispelled when target takes damage Epic targets gain an immunity to Mesmerize effects of 1 minute 30 seconds and duration is reduced to 10.0 seconds. Resistability increases against targets higher than level 67.
